Alaska's At Large Congressional District

Alaska's At-large congressional district consists of the whole state of Alaska. This particular Congressional area features the biggest land area as well as the lowest population density of any district in the Nation. Alaska's at large Congressional District is the second largest parliamentary constituency in the entire planet; only Canada's Nunavut territory is larger. As of April 2009 this At-large district had a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of R 13. It's been represented by Republican Congressman Don Young ever since 1973.
